Everything worth knowing before you book.

Welcome to Beautifully Made Esthetics. To provide every guest with an elevated experience, we ask that you review the following policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking and Deposit Policy

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. Deposits are applied toward your service total and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy

Clients who miss their appointment without notice are considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged the full service amount or will forfeit any deposit paid. Repeated no-shows may result in the inability to book future appointments.

Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment. A grace period of 10 minutes may be offered when available. If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to respect the next client's appointment, and the full service fee will still apply. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation.

Refund Policy

All services are non-refundable once completed. We are committed to providing high-quality care and encourage clients to communicate any concerns during or immediately after the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Retail product returns, if accepted, must be unopened, unused, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

Service Consent Policy

All clients must complete a consultation and intake form before their first appointment. By booking services, you confirm that you have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, and any other information that may affect your treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is not appropriate for your skin or safety.

Aftercare Policy

Professional aftercare instructions will be provided after your service. It is the client's responsibility to follow all aftercare recommendations. Beautifully Made Esthetics is not responsible for adverse results caused by failure to follow post-treatment instructions, use of restricted products, or failure to disclose important health information.

Photography and Social Media Policy

Photos may be taken before, during, or after your appointment for documentation and marketing purposes only with your written consent. If you do not wish to appear in any photos or social media content, please let us know before your service begins.

Children and Guests Policy

To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, guests and children are not permitted unless previously approved. This allows us to focus fully on your service and the safety of all clients in the studio. Any one under the age of 16 receiving services must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone between the ages 16-18 must have consent form signed by legal guardian before time of appointment.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a treatment is unsafe, if policies are not respected, or if a client behavior creates an uncomfortable or inappropriate environment.
