Booking, deposits,
and the details.

Everything worth knowing before you book.

Nothing here is complicated. These are the few policies that keep every appointment running smoothly, written plainly so there are no surprises.

Deposits

A $30 deposit confirms any appointment for a service priced $99 or more. It isn't an extra charge. The deposit applies to your final balance at checkout, so it comes off what you owe at the end of the appointment.

Services under $99 don't require a deposit at all. You can book those with nothing upfront.

Cancelling or rescheduling

Plans change, and that's completely fine. As long as you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit is fully refundable, or it simply moves with you to the new time.

Cancellations inside the 24-hour window, and missed appointments, mean the deposit isn't refunded. The time was held just for you, and short notice makes it hard to fill.

Chemical peel consultations

Every chemical peel starts with a consultation. It's required before your first peel so the right formula and strength can be matched to your skin. The Initial Session with Consultation bundles that conversation with your first treatment into one 90-minute appointment.

Consent forms

The Vajacial and the Manjacial need a signed consent form before service. The booking platform prompts for it at checkout, so it's handled before you arrive.

Appointment only

Beautifully Made Esthetics is a private one-suite studio, open by appointment only. There are no walk-ins. Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to settle in and go over anything before your treatment begins.
