A first appointment is easier when you know what's coming. Here's how your visit will go, where to park, and how to find the suite.
One-on-one, at your pace.
Every appointment is one-on-one. It's just you and Sie Sie in a private suite, with no shared space and no rotating providers. Your visit starts with a short check-in: a few questions about your skin, your goals, and anything worth knowing, like sensitivities or recent sun exposure. It takes about two minutes, and it's how the treatment gets shaped around you.
From there, everything moves at a pace that feels right. Questions are welcome at any point, nothing happens without your awareness, and you'll always leave knowing what was done and why. No upselling, no pressure.

Inside MIX Sales Studios
Parking is free in the retail parking garage at the building. Park anywhere that is open, no permit or payment needed.
Head to the main MIX Sales Studios entrance and follow the signs to Suite D-120. If anything is unclear once you're there, a quick call to 864.428.8998 gets you sorted.
A little prep goes a long way.
How to prepare depends on the service. Most facials need nothing more than arriving with clean skin. Makeup is fine and comes off at the start of the treatment.
Waxing has a little more to it. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for the wax to grip well, so hold off on shaving for two to three weeks beforehand.
